The 1.88 inch blade is a Wharncliffe blade with a razor-sharp cutting edge which is made from AUS 6M stainless-steel. When the Columbia River blade is closed in the tear drop shaped handle, the Frame Lock keeps you from harm's way. The best part of the Colmbia River knife, is the Frame Lock is part of the handle and snaps easily into position when the blade is rotated open. The grooved thumb stud and Teflon blade bearings make one-hand opening and closing smooth and easy. A pocket clip also comes with the Columbia River P.E.C.K., so it can be carried and stored anywhere.
