Rating:  This gun is incredible! All my revolvers are S&W because of the flawless workmanship and the incredible American history behind this company. It is, however, definitely not a gun for novices; but if you are skilled, it is a powerful and accurate weapon that is very controllable. It certainly has its place of honor in my collection.

Rating: My 21 y/o daughter 110 pounds daughter can fire this Gun with no problem with 265 gr bullets.This is because of the huge Compensator on the barrelend. Now I weigh 300 pounds and have my share of muscle. You load this Monster with 400 grain bullets at full load and my "day at the range ends after 10-15 shots. That's stoked full up. Go up to 500grain
and you are asking for injuries if you shoot many. Mine were sore wrist and a bruised knuckle joint on the palm of my hand. But its SO MUCH FUN TO SHOOT, YOU WILL GET A "KICK OUT OF IT"

Rating: s&w 500 magnum,I have one,there is no living thing on this, or probable on any other,that can survive a 700 gr or 500 gr round from this instrument of destruction. Recoil is what you would expect.Others at the range when you fire leave stunned by the sonic concussion.
